Nothing is more fun, or more work, than a wedding. But the arrangements can be murder. Dogwood Donuts owner, Maggie Sharpe, has her hands full with running her shop and food truck in the quaint, cozy town of Dogwood Mountain, Missouri, and shepherding her staff as they work to prepare for a wedding for one of their very own.

Every detail must be perfect, and she is determined that the special day will go off without a hitch. Then the cake baker pulls out of their contract. Another baker comes to the rescue, but wedding preparations take a turn for the worse when a body is found.
