Stranded on an Upper Peninsula island, Molly Ferris and Laura Donovan must stay alive and track down a murderer. When Molly Ferris and Laura Donovan embark on a summer getaway to Beau Isle National Park, Molly is excited to visit an even farther corner of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula than their Scottish village of Loch Mallaig. Laura and Molly journey to the remote island with a handful of other explorers eager to participate in Warren McMurphy’s Survive and Thrive workshop.

However, the Beau Isle adventurers quickly turn into unhappy campers when Warren dies suddenly—and murder appears to be at the heart of the catastrophe. Stuck on beautiful Beau Isle with a broken radio, severe storms brewing, and a murderer on the loose, Molly and Laura realize how risky it would be to trust the strangers they’re stranded alongside. With the body count mounting and no way out, the stakes soon reach a dangerous high.
